Cradle of Love - last part
The assignment of the construction of this courtyard to the Reconstruction Organization of the Holy Shrines has an interesting story.
The custodian of Imam Hussein's (as) holy shrine described a dream told to him by a Lebanese scholar, in which Hazrat Zahra handed the infant Hazrat Zaynab to Ayatollah Bahjat. He inferred from the dream that the project must be given to the Reconstruction Organization of the Holy Shrines.
… so the Organization named this project after "the patient heroine of Karbala, Hazrat Zainab (sa).
All the arrangements are made, but when you want to work in Karbala, there is always the issue of water.
Karbala is between the Tigris and the Euphrates, these two rivers are the largest rivers in Iraq and have incredibly increased the levels of groundwater in this area.
Because around 160,000 meters is going to be added to the area of the shrine, and building a multi-story building is not possible due to the restricted visibility of the dome, it should be constructed at least 2 floors below the ground level. Something that due to the high groundwater level, seems almost impossible.
To succeed in this difficult project, around the land must be insulated and sealed using a giant and advanced machine called hydrofraise that is used in the dam construction industry and can dig up to 40 meters underground.
The depth of the drilling for the Karbala project was determined to be about 20 meters, so that the drilled pit reaches the bedrock, and water does not leak from the floor to the land of the project.
The walls of the drilled ground are being concreted and insulated by the hydrofraise, and when it is completely finished, the ground is ready for excavation.
It's as if you put a ship in the depths of the ocean, and water should not penetrate from any side.
Several hydrofraises were transferred from Iran to Karbala, and these days, one of the most sophisticated engineering operations in the history of the architecture of the holy shrines is being performed.
Of course, at the same time, the Organization started the Development Plan of Kā"imayn. This Project was started on a 240,000-meter land which includes a courtyard named Sahib-uz-Zaman (as) courtyard with a 12,600-meter area and the Imam Reza courtyard (as) on an area of 6,000 square meters.
The Final Act
The atmosphere of Samarra, this land that throughout history, has observed Ahl al-Bayt being oppressed, these days has changed with the new zarih for Imam al-Hadi and Imam al-Askari (as) and the reconstruction of the shrine.
This place, more than any other place in the world, has the smell and remembrance of Imam Mahdi (as). He was born here and started his occultation from here.
Now, Arbaeen and the presence of millions of devotees of Ahl al-Bayt in Iraq is an Apocalyptic sign and promise.
The promise of a season that all the free people of the world are expecting.
The season of spring
Here is Iraq
Not only the cradle of civilization but also the cradle of love.
The capital of the global government of the son of Hazrat Zarah (as).
