This project started in 2005 on the eastern side of the holy shrine of Imam Ali and was put into operation in 2009. Its buliding skeleton is made of metal. The basement includes a kitchen and a dining hall.
First and second floor are for the use of pilgrims and students to study and hold religious ceremonies.
