This inscription, which was destroyed during the dictatorship of the Ba'athist regime, was restored in 2007 by 50 experts and professors.
This project consists of processes such as : assembling parts, separating plates, identifying missing parts, , enameling, perforating parts, design and manufacture of rivets, connecting handles of parts, connecting plates of each part, renovation of missing parts, repair and renovation of gutters and final processing .
It is worth mentioning that the implementation of this important historical project has lasted until 2009.
